Workshops and in house training

I offer customised experiential mindfulness training and workshops depending on your needs:

1 – 2 hours trainingprovide’s a basic understanding of mindfulness and the benefits of mindfulness plus provide practical tips on how to effectively apply mindfulness in the workplace.

Half day training: provide’s a good understanding of mindfulness and the benefits of mindfulness plus provide practical tips on how to effectively apply mindfulness in the workplace and your personal life. There are group exercises and discussions to enhance the learning experience. 

Full day training: provide’s a more comprehensive learning experience and enhanced understanding of mindfulness. There will be additional practices, theory and group discussions. This is aimed at further skilling up attendees so that they will be more competent to embody and utilise mindfulness in the workplace.

 

Mindfulness based coaching and mentoring

 

In the process of mindfulness based coaching we look at putting in place goals and actions that will help you live with less stress, more purpose and increased meaning. Coaching can be for a range of life issues for you individually or focus on your workplace around values, culture and relationships. It is generally a forward looking process where I assist you in bringing about the change you desire.
Coaching and mentoring can be done individually or in small groups either face to face or via Skype/Zoom.
