Workshops and in house training
I offer customised experiential mindfulness training and workshops depending on your needs:
1 – 2 hours training: provide’s a basic understanding of mindfulness and the benefits of mindfulness plus provide practical tips on how to effectively apply mindfulness in the workplace.
Half day training: provide’s a good understanding of mindfulness and the benefits of mindfulness plus provide practical tips on how to effectively apply mindfulness in the workplace and your personal life. There are group exercises and discussions to enhance the learning experience.
Full day training: provide’s a more comprehensive learning experience and enhanced understanding of mindfulness. There will be additional practices, theory and group discussions. This is aimed at further skilling up attendees so that they will be more competent to embody and utilise mindfulness in the workplace.
