Mindfulness in nature
It has been proved that there are numerous physical, mental and emotional benefits from being in nature. It calms your nervous system, reduces stress and boosts your immune system.
We have found being in nature to be a wonderful place to connect to our present moment experience in an expansive mindful way. The beautiful sights, sounds and smells of nature provide many opportunities to practice mindfulness. It is a real gift to appreciate these in a mindful peaceful way.
We facilitate mindfulness sessions and workshops in nature with individuals and small groups.
